We ship to the USA, EUROPE, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, QUATAR, ASIAN COUNTRIES.
For US customers only. If your package is lost or confiscated at customs, we will make a new shipment of your order free of charge. You only pay the shipping cost. We are not responsible for carrier delivery times. Delivery times may be extended due to the Covid19 situation. For customers from countries other than the United States, we do not re-send an order for free if it is lost by the carrier or confiscated at customs. From our practice, there were only 5% of cases of confiscation at customs in Holland, Australia.
